Safety Shield Global provide collision avoidance systems that use AI technology for pedestrian detection & alerting. Unlike other systems, we don’t use tags, sensors or radar. Our cameras are trained to detect the human form.
Our hope is that by reviewing site behaviour, we can change unsafe habits for good.

AI Human Form Recognition
The system is trained to detect only human forms, filtering out all other objects. This minimises distractions for operators and ensures alerts are only triggered when a person enters a danger zone.
Customisable Detection Zones
Safety Shield allows for tailored yellow and red detection zones, adaptable to different machinery and site layouts. This flexibility ensures optimal safety coverage for equipment like bulldozers, telehandlers, cranes, and more.
High-Definition Cameras
Equipped with HD, waterproof, dust-proof, and shock-resistant cameras, the system provides a 360° view with a configurable detection range from 0.5 to 50 meters.
Operator Interface
Inside the cab, operators receive visual and audible alerts via a user-friendly interface, acting as a “third eye” to prevent collisions.
Digital Thumbs Up System
An optional feature that enables safe communication between site personnel and machine operators, ensuring individuals approach machinery only when it is safe to do so.
AI Core System Unit
The central processing hub that integrates all components, ensuring seamless operation and real-time decision-making.
